As an Employee Customer Service & Sales France you will work together with your colleagues in Team France, each having their own specialism in the field of being a buyer and sales in glamping vacations. Your specialism concerns the French customers. Therefore your speaking and writing in French/Dutch/English is excellent.
Our teams work according the Agile method, where the process is supervised by the Scrum Master, your Chapter Lead is there for coaching you and for your own development. Because you cooperate in a team, it may occur that you carry out activities that do not always have to do with Customer Contact.
Your role in Vacanceselect
We work in teams, every team prepares goals, and will strive to achieve those goals together. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for Team France. Your main responsibility is communication with the French customers through telephone, e-mail and chat traffic regarding bookings. You will handle, register and answer complaints. Also you will enter, manage and report information, including the price input.
You have a MBO think and work level and preferably a few years of work experience in Customer Contact.. You feel, or are, a French native speaker and you are capable to quickly acquire new processes and make it your own. You are customer oriented, have strong communication skills, are a team player, and you have an eye for sales. The agile way of working does not scare you, but appeals to you.
