Do you strive to deliver excellent Customer Service and have a passion for Sales? If this is you, we may just have the perfect role! We are looking to add another Sales Consultant to join our fantastic team.

Canvas Holidays is an award-winning company based in Dunfermline, offering Camping holidays across Europe. Established for more 55 years, the company is currently going through a significant period of growth.

The role will be varied, but will predominantly involve you handling inbound Sales and Customer Care enquiries. Admin tasks will also be required.

It will be your responsibility to deliver excellent service and maximise revenue opportunities working to KPI’s. In addition, you will also use many methods of communication, such as e-mail and live chat to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

It's important you are confident using the Microsoft office package and whilst travel experience is preferred, we will also consider applicants who hold previous experience, where you can clearly display transferable skills.

From you, we require that you can work in a flexible manner and are able to commit to our shift patterns. An immediate start is available to allow for training.

Your responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via telephone, e-mail, live chat and social media
  • Driving sales and meeting targets
  • Working within a team to ensure KPIs are met
  • Delivering excellent customer service


  • Flexible and willing to work some weekends/evenings (up to 8pm)
  • Experience in the travel industry, or sales experience, is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Target driven
  • Customer service oriented
