We are looking for a Sales Executive Poland (home office based) with a strong business sense who is creating sustainable, profitable growth and expands market share in the assigned territory.


Working together with the Regional Sales Manager DACH/DK/PL, you will be responsible for all our sales & marketing activities in the Polish market. You are the primary point-of-contact and accountable for our sales performance. You are highly motivated to grow our direct sales through our platform and to develop unconventional B2B partnerships to push the sales for the B2C market. For indirect sales, you know how to negotiate and contract selected resellers like touroperators, retailers and OTA’s.

This means, you are searching for partners who align with the core values ​​of Vacanceselect and with whom we can enter into a structural or a tactical cooperation. You approach potential partners to set up joint promotions. Here you can be very creative and think out of the box! Managing the affiliate channel is also your responsibility. Together with your manager, you determine the commercial strategy to increase the results for all sales channels and minimize costs of distribution. You are also responsible for maintaining the indirect sales network and know how to use it in a tactical way. You translate the commercial objectives into successful campaigns. Vacanceselect is a data-driven platform organization, so we look at relevant data every week to optimize strategy and implementation. Good analytical skills are therefore required.


Ihr Profil

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Local representation of Vacanceselect (home office based, preferably in Warsaw);
  • Establishment of unconventional B2B partnerships to increase web traffic and conversion;
  • Contracting of selected resellers (TO, OTA, Travel Retail);
  • Planning, initiating, supporting, developing and distribution of (email) campaigns, public campaigns and campaigns with partners;
  • Increase opt-ins for database/CRM;
  • Local PR & marketing initiatives including social media & influencers;
  • Support in translations, commercial input for B2C campaigns, SEO input;
  • Maintenance & allocation of local marketing budget;
  • Representation at industry events, trade fairs and specialized events;
  • Collect and report market feedback on weekly basis, provide recommendations for strategic and operational enhancements;
  • Frequent reporting on the commercial progress and development within the territory;
  • Managing & optimizing the affiliate channel;
  • Cooperate with the regional team based in Hamburg, Germany;
  • Any other commercial- and supporting tasks provided by the management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • An inspirational sales professional with a proven track record in building customer relationships and delivering results;
  • Pragmatic mindset, ability to identify business opportunities and win new and additional business;
  • Result orientated personality with strong analytical and problem resolution skills;
  • Bachelor/college degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry;
  • Highly B2C experienced;
  • Analytical;
  • Able to work independently & remotely;
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills;
  • Travel across Poland & Europe is required (approx. 10%);
  • Fluent in Polish and English, German is a plus.
